Meet Chef Juliana

Chef Juliana heads the culinary team at The Harvest and Table. She curates an extraordinary culinary journey that blends the freshest local ingredients with her unparalleled creativity and passion. Each dish she prepares is a testament to her deep connection with the vibrant flavors of St. Lucia and her commitment to a farm to table philosophy.

Chef Juliana’s menus are inspired by the island’s natural bounty, showcasing seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers, fisherman and artisans.
